Please read these terms before you use this independent editorial site about a broker serving readers in Pakistan.

Who can use this site, and from where?

This site is an independent editorial resource that reviews a broker for readers in Pakistan. It is written for adults who want to understand how that broker presents its services. You may use the site only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you do not meet these conditions, please do not use the site.

The site is intended for readers in Pakistan. If you access it from another country, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for following any local rules that apply to you. We make no claim that the content is suitable or permitted in every jurisdiction, and we do not offer or solicit anything to anyone for whom such an offer would be unlawful.

This site is not the broker. It is not affiliated with the broker, and it does not provide financial services, accounts, deposits or advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to open an account, deposit money or trade. Any decision you make about the broker is your own, and you should consider whether you need independent professional advice before acting.

What are the limits of our liability?

We work to keep the editorial material accurate and current, but we cannot promise that everything is complete, correct or up to date at all times. Markets, broker terms and local rules change, and information that was right when published may later be wrong. You use the site as it is, and you rely on it at your own risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage that arises from your use of the site or from decisions you take about the broker. This includes lost money, lost opportunities, lost data and any indirect or consequential loss, whether the claim is based on contract, negligence or another legal ground.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. If a court or regulator finds that a limit does not apply in your case, the remaining limits stay in force. Our total liability, where it cannot be excluded, is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is normally nothing.

How may the editorial material be reused?

The text, layout and original graphics on this site belong to the site. You may read, share links to and quote short passages for personal, non-commercial use, provided you credit the site and do not change the meaning. You may not copy large parts of the site, republish it in full, sell it, or use it to train or feed another product without written permission.

You may not present our editorial material as your own, remove attribution, or use it in a way that suggests we endorse you, a product or a service. You may not frame the site inside another site or mirror it in a way that confuses readers about who published it.

Requests to reuse material beyond these limits should go through the contact form on this site. We may grant or refuse permission at our discretion, and any permission must be in writing.

What about links to other sites and third parties?

This site may link to other websites, including the broker's own site. Links are provided for convenience and context only. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, terms, security or how they handle your data.

When you follow a link, you leave this site and the terms and privacy practices of the other site apply. Any dealings you have with a third party, including the broker, are between you and that party. We are not a party to those dealings and have no role in any account, payment or dispute.

If you find a link that is broken, misleading or points to something unsuitable, you can tell us through the contact form on this site. We may update or remove links, but we are not obliged to do so.

What happens if one part of these terms cannot be enforced?

If a provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be read down or removed only to the extent needed. The rest of these terms will continue in full force. The invalid part does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Where a provision can be saved by adjusting its scope, it will be treated as adjusted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while keeping the original intent as far as the law allows. If a provision cannot be saved at all, it will be treated as deleted, and the rest of the terms will stand.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you have a question about them, please use the contact form on this site rather than any address, phone number or email that you may find elsewhere.
